I emailed the ‘contact us’ email on the 7th of Jan requesting to exchange my brand new pair of uggs for some one size bigger and nobody every replied. I’m unsure why you have a ‘contact us’ email if it’s not going to be monitored

Whilst the boot is nice the website is INCREDIBLY misleading these ARE NOT UGG branded boots as the description would make you believe. I would not recommend or purchase from this site ever again.
These shoes from UGG are always the best of quality and well made. My wife and daughter absolutely love the look and comfort of them both.
