I was very happy to receive my Irene UGG boots and they fit perfectly and were very comfortable. However within 2 weeks one of the lacing hooks at the top of the boot came loose and fell off making it impossible to fully lace one boot up. I have contacted UGG and sent photos but it's been near 3 weeks now and although I have been told you are looking into it, I am still waiting. Think you could be a lot more efficient and prompt in sorting out my Complaint
I ordered two pairs of boots and delivery to France was fairly quick. Even though I followed the size guide and customer reviews, I should have gone one size up. With the customs fees already paid and the cost of returning them to Australia, I didn’t send them back. As a result, the boots are a bit too tight and therefore not very comfortable, which is quite ironic for Uggs.
That said, I’m still very happy with the quality and with one size up boots would have been perfect

Like the outside and the look, but you need to upsize! I got a size 5 which is normally perfect but they seem short - I should have got a 5.5 but unfortunately was not aware until the had been worn for a while.

Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas,very disapointed the logo on the heel was not Ugg as we thought it would be,since bought them from Ugg online.Was going to send them back until you wanted another £20 plus more money to put back in store, that was so unfair,would nit buy from you again.
