Hit and miss

Got one good boot and one seemingly bad boot, the stitching was loose on one which exposes the white fur underneath, the other boot is stitched tightly so doesn’t expose the inside. Emailed support and they told me this is normal, challenged back by saying the stitching is definitely loose but never heard back. Now rarely wear these out of the house as I don’t want to make the stitching worse

Disappointed

Ordered the igg boots but didn't really like the height on them. So I sent them back and I am still waiting for a refund 45 days later. I keep emailing them but they either ignore my emails or if they do respond its only to ask a question. To which I always answer, then ask for my refund and then they ignore my reply for days on end. Point is ive sent rhe ugg boots back and they havent and won't refund me my money back. Im absolutely disgusted with the way they have handled this, or should I say with the way they have not handled this. 45 days ago I ordered them, sent them back rhe following day. And im still waiting for my refund that they won't pay me. Money grabbing awful company! You should be ashamed of yourself. I will be taking this further legally!

So comfy ugg boots platform

I loved them so much I brought the grey and chestnut..size 4 comes out true to size I probably could do with a size 3 half be great in half sizes. But 3 would to small. The softest is so comfortable warm
