You order number is in the email confirmation received at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
Please check your junk mailbox. If you are still unable to locate the email, kindly contact us and provide the order date along with details of the items ordered.
Your order may have been cancelled due to a declined payment or because the item went out of stock prior to processing. If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse located in Sydney, Australia.
Orders require up to 5 business days for processing before they are shipped. Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and shipping updates. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Return & Exchange
Please contact us and specify your order number, item order, item receive. We will exchange the items to the correct ones.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, Please contact us within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. You may also need to provide your order number, specify the defects, and attach images of the product.
We offer 90 days product warranty. The warranty for Footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us and specify your order number, defect item and details.
We accept returns for all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please visit our Return Centre page.
Please ensure that shoes are returned in their original shoeboxes. Items must be in resellable condition and adequately protected during transit. Returns may be rejected if shoeboxes are damaged or taped. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items meet these requirements.
Yes and return shipping is non-refundable.
