While I ordered the UGG Noah Sandals, what I received were Oliver Slide Sandals from Tarramarra. Several emails between myself and John from customer Service. In his last email he asked me to send photographs, which I did and I sent them twice as he was unable to open the first set. In the email, I asked him to confirm that he was able topen the 2nd set of photos. I received no response and so I emailed again and I said that I would like a full refund and a returns label for the Sandals.No response again and despite yet another email provided no response. I had told John that I had been given the address of the ACCC and ACL in my second email and as I have had no further response I have contacted ACL NSW and they are now going to deal with this situation on my behalf.
I am 73 years of age and did not take well to the delivery of something different to what I had ordered and I do not like to be taken advantage of. John was very poor ambassador for the company and that is why I have taken these further steps.
Strongly, when I looked at our consumer company Trustpilot and left a review of the misleading advertising and poor customer service, several other reviews referred to how poor John's behaviour towards them had been.
