I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent purchase and the issues I experienced with both the payment and the quality of the product.
Firstly, the price of the boots was 58 EUR, and the delivery cost was 22 EUR, which I paid separately at the post office upon receiving the parcel. However, despite this, PayPal still charged me a total of 80 EUR. This situation is very unpleasant and confusing. I kindly ask you to review this issue and refund the incorrectly charged amount.
Secondly, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the boots. Already the next day after receiving them, the white logo completely started to peel off. It is attached very poorly and can be easily removed with a light hand movement, without any effort. This clearly does not meet the expected quality standards of UGG products.
I am attaching photos as proof and kindly ask you to comment on this issue and explain how this situation can be resolved. I expect either a refund or another appropriate solution.
