Boots were not true to size so had to order another bigger size. Didn't send originals back as would have had to pay £20 postage and a cheeky £5 admin fee. Sold them privately. Other than that, boots were of good quality. Just don't ask them anything though as they never reply which was another reason I didn't send originals back. If they can't answer simple dispatch questions, what chance is there for anything like a refund or item replacement? I even said I'd raise a PayPal dispute if they didn't respond to numerous queries as to slow dispatch and yet they still didn't reply. All of a sudden dispatch confirmation appeared but no actual reply. Would think again about ordering given the issues around sizing which might mean having to return and get replacement.
